Type of material
Ceramic sorting plates, indexing plates and guide plates are made of zirconia and modified zirconia, which can be selected according to the actual application conditions.
- Zirconia : Zirconia has very high fracture properties, overcoming the brittleness of ceramics, and is also self-lubricating, making it ideal for use in the production of sorting and indexing disks.
- Modified Zirconia (ATZ) : Adopts the ATZ composite material of zirconia reinforced with alumina. In addition to retaining the toughness and self-lubricating properties of the original zirconia substrate, the addition of alumina can also significantly improve the hardness and wear resistance of the material.
- Modified zirconia (blackened, conductive) : The zirconia matrix is blackened to prepare black zirconia, which improves optical recognizability. The zirconia matrix can also be modified to obtain conductive zirconia, to meet the demand for anti-static properties of the product.

- Excellent dimensional stability and low coefficient of thermal expansion: Insensitive to temperature changes, maintaining high geometric and positioning accuracy (micron level) during temperature fluctuations in the test environment or when the device itself heats up, which is critical to ensuring reliable and repeatable test contacts.
- High insulation resistance and excellent dielectric properties: Provide excellent electrical insulation to prevent signal crosstalk and ensure the purity and accuracy of test signals, especially in high-frequency, high-sensitivity testing.
- High rigidity and low deformation: not easy to bend and deform under mechanical stress and test pressure, maintaining the platform flatness, to ensure the consistency of contact at all test points.
- Good chemical stability and corrosion resistance: it can resist the influence of moisture and light chemicals in the environment.
- High surface finish: easy to clean, reducing the residual contaminants affecting the test.
