Ceramic Shaft Core and Shaft Sleeve

Type of material
The materials of ceramic plain bearings (cores and bushings) mainly include alumina, zirconia, silicon nitride and composite materials, etc., which need to be selected according to the load characteristics, environmental atmosphere and other comprehensive conditions.
- Aluminum oxide :Aluminum oxide has high hardness, excellent corrosion resistance and cost-effective, suitable for corrosive environments but the load and impact is not high occasions, is the most commonly used materials.

- Silicon Nitride :Silicon Nitride has both high strength, low density and excellent thermal shock resistance, commonly used in high-speed, lightweight or high temperature applications.
- Composite materials :Alumina reinforced zirconia (ATZ), zirconia toughened alumina (ZTA) and other composite materials, in the original performance of the base material on the basis of the introduction of the performance characteristics of the added material, to obtain both wear resistance and toughness of the new performance.
